Design and develop a predictive model based on our managed care business. Develop and maintain an Artificial Intelligence (AI) based decision support system into our payer platform. Integrate and implement our phone system into our payer system which allows for automated response through AI. Consolidation of data sent by different means (ex. pharmacy, payer, claims, emr) into our data warehouse. Integration with network provider EMR systems to ensure data reconciliation into our data warehouse. Collaborate with business users through the project life cycle to gather and understand requirements, determine best solutions, develop and test solutions and demonstrate functionality to end users. Analyze business operations and identify opportunities for improvements and process automation. Based on the identified areas, development software to achieve the necessary results. Create and manage all health plan submission based on the reporting requirements available on ICE (https://www.iceforhealth.org/), as per ANSI X12 EDI standards including, but not limited to, 837, 835, 834 and 278 transactions and other formats as required by health plans. Use reporting platforms such as SSRS, Power BI and SAP Crystal Reports to develop new reports. Understand all the different software platforms being used by the organization and monitor to make sure systems are running optimally and compliance is met. Manage communication with all software vendors. Troubleshoot production issues and deploy fixes in timely manner. Support business users by creating tools and reports to monitor and ensure turnaround times are met. Manage upgrades, testing and deployment of system changes for seamless implementation and business user acceptance. Create internal management reports to monitor utilization trends, membership trends, payment trends and assist management in making business critical decisions by providing relevant data. Assess and troubleshoot production issues related to reports and data integrity of the information presented on reports. Identify, recommend, and implement reporting solutions.


Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign academic equivalent in Engineering or Computer
Science, or the equivalent and 5 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.

Experience must include using SSRS, SAP Crystal Reports and Power BI.
